Well there is nothing like the holidays to kick up a little anger. Come on now, come on you would have to be Magdalene herself not to get yer Irish up during the holidays.
One thing we seem to have amnesia about, is that anger is really an expression of fear. If grandma gets all testy, that you show up late for dinner, LOOK OUT. She'll be eye ballin ya accross the table all through yer salad and turkey. You'll be thinking "pass the scotch and a little relief, will yah!?"
What if while you were sitting there you remembered that "mad granny" was really just afraid? She may be having a little social anxiety and is scared people won't have a good time or like her cookin?
Now thinking like that opens up all kinds of possibilities doesn't it? Getting angry is not a moral issue honey. It is not a call to war, its and expression of fear. Trust me, if you can rule your mind by responding to fear with Love, you will know happiness. Beam at granny and give her a wink. Tell her no one makes a yummy bird like hers.
"God's will for you is perfect happiness." ACIM
